Exfoliation is a very important aspect of your skincare routine for your face and body. Old skin cells pile up on the surface of the skin with time and this leaves the skin looking dull, rough and dry. It can also lead to the production of excess oil and clogged pores which can then lead to blemishes and acne.

Exfoliation removes dead skin cells, improves blood circulation, promotes healthy glowing skin, helps reduce the production of excess oil, unclogs pores, promotes a brighter looking skin, leaves the skin smooth and supple, minimizes pores, reduces breakouts and acne, hides wrinkles, improves your tan and allows for easy absorption of your other skin products

You’re minutes into applying your face mask and you’ve realized that you’ve mixed more than enough face mask needed for your face.

What to do: apply to other parts of your body that need to be detoxed. Yes, the product is that safe.

Apply on areas like- Neck, underarms, bikini area, the whole body.

Do not forget to moisturize after washing off the mask.

EVERYONE needs our hydrating face toner. The next question is “why?”

Washing your face with a good soap is not enough. Face toners remove any trace of dirt and grime stuck in your pores. It also helps tighten your pores and has anti-ageing effects.

The Hydrating face toner is recommended for everyone. It’s made with green tea and Rosewater. You should add it to your skincare routine. It helps brighten the face, tightens and smoothens the skin, keeps your face hydrated while reducing sunburn and acne, it also reduces the appearance of wrinkles and helps with blackheads and whiteheads. It’s a great product to be added to your DAILY skincare routine.

On the other hand, the face cleanser is made to target average to severe acne and severe hyperpigmentation. If you’re battling with acne and acne scars, the face cleanser is your best bet.

If you don’t have acne or severe hyperpigmentation (spots and sunburn), DO NOT PURCHASE the face cleanser, kindly opt for the hydrating face toner!

Now where you have both products, this is how you use them: hydrating face toner during the DAY and face cleanser at NIGHT.

INSTRUCTIONS  on how to use are on the labels of each product.

At The Skin Workshop, the majority of our products have a shelf life of 12months.

The shelf life of all individual products is indicated on the labels.

Have you ever heard of the word PURGING in relation to skincare?

When you switch to a new product, you may experience a temporary acne breakout on your skin. This is because the product you have introduced is pushing out the acne from beneath the surface of the skin.

Understand that this is normal and should clear up in a few days or weeks depending on your skin. Do not stop using your products when your skin is purging.

Where it exceeds 2 weeks, kindly come back to us for consultation.
